If you have received your ZEMP goodies and have decided you do not love them as much as you thought you would, we are happy to offer you an exchange, a store credit (valid for 6 months) or refund within 7 days of receiving your package.
We do, however, require you to cover the return postage costs.
All items sent back to us must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. (If the goods were delivered to you without tags you must advise us by email to this effect within 24 hours of receipt).
When trying on items, please ensure that you don’t leave a scent or marks on the item.
Monogrammed, personalized or engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.
SALE ITEMS
We are happy to offer exchanges on all sale items, provided you cover the cost of return postage, within 7 days. We do not offer refunds or store credits on sale items, unless goods are faulty.

FAULTY GOODS
We take great care in ensuring that the products we send out are of the highest quality, however if you believe you have received a faulty item, we will happily offer you a exchange (subject to availability), store credit or refund.
Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
The ZEMP warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any ZEMP product. ZEMP grants a 12 month (1year) warranty period on its bags.
The warranties do not apply in case of:
– theft or loss;
– intentional damage;
– damages as a result of improper use such as scratching, bumping or falling;
– normal wear and tear or ageing of the used materials; or
– damages as a result of neglected care.
ZEMP sources some of the finest genuine leather. Please note leather is a natural product and may show natural markings which mirror the animal’s active life; potential colour variances are possible from batch to batch and may vary from product to product.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
For all exchanges and returns please contact us at info@zemp.co.za, prior to sending back your goods. In the email, please include the details of your purchase, order number and reason for return/ exchange.
The refund amount will be credited to your bank account via EFT within 7 days (subject to all return procedures being followed).
Your exchange item will be sent after receiving your returned item.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely. We recommend you insuring your return package. Please ensure you package your return carefully to prevent any damage and to ensure the goods are in their original condition when received by us.
We will exchange an item (subject to availability) but you will have to bear the cost of the delivery of the substituted item to you.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
Please note ZEMP does not accept returns on made-to-order items or personalized items.
